MOMA NYC

Museum of Modern Art

Sculpture Garden

Then, there were two traveling exhibitions that I wanted to see. The Happy End of Franz Kafka’s “Amerika”.

The first was Martin Kippenberger: The Problem Perspective.

The second exhibition was Performance 1: Tehching Hsieh

This focused on Hsieh's "Cage Piece" (1978-79), where he spent a year locked inside a cage.

Then we just sort of wondered through the museum, coming across some new finds.

from "Batiste Madalena: Hand-Painted Film Posters for the Eastman Theatre, 1924–1928"

A series by David Wojnarowicz

And, of course, no MOMA trip is complete without visiting JP

Thanks for sharing the pics. I'm not big on modern art. or the most part I just don't get it, but some of those were really nice. I should give modern art another shot!
